Hentschel Clocks
Hentschel is a Canadian clock company based in Ontario. The company has been building timepieces for over a hundred years and uses top of the range German produced Hermle movements.The company was founded in 1890 and has a tradition of hand built clocks known especially for the quality of their cases. Hentschel clocks are made with solid wood cases and the company prides itself on carefully selecting the finest hardwoods and veneers. Clocks are individually hand made to order which means that there can be a wait of several weeks when buying a new Hentschel clock. Given the company's success it' clearly worth the wait.
Hentschel are best known for their superb grandfather (longcase) clocks. These include the classic Forest Hill Collection and the Artist's Gallery Collection through to the more modern looking 2006 Lifestyle Series.
The Hentschel range isn't restricted to grandfather clocks, they also have a variety of wall and mantel clocks available to buy.
